- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (up to 7–10 days). Estimated     timelines will be shared at checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Time
- Domestic (India)
   Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International
   Shipping timelines vary by country and will be shown at checkout. Typically delivered  within 10-20 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner efficiency.

3. Shipping Charges
- India
   Free shipping on orders.
   Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders within India - ₹75 COD charge applies.
- International
   Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order using the ‘Track Order’ page on our website.

6. Packaging
- All products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

7. Delivery Delays
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.
- Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order.

8. In Case of Issues
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or has arrived damaged, please reach out to us at care@pirohaa.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
