We want you to shop at PIROHAA with complete confidence. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Return Policy
- We offer a 1--day return window from the date of fulfilment on all unused, unworn, and non-customized sterling silver items - no questions asked.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
- PIROHAA reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) paid during the original order are non-refundable.
- Returns are applicable only on orders placed through our official website. For products purchased via other platforms or resellers, their respective return policies will apply.
- In cases where customers return multiple products but fail to include all items in the reverse pickup, up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) may be deducted from the store credit.


Return Process
- Initiate a return request via PIROHAA's website.
- Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process.
- Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at your address.
- Please ensure:
You are available at the time of pickup.
You answer calls from the delivery partner.
- Missed pickups due to unavailability or unanswered calls may cause delays and require re-initiation of the process.

Non-Serviceable Areas
- While most PIN codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, some areas may be non-serviceable for return pickups.
- In such cases:
You may be asked to self-ship the product via India Post or any reliable courier.
We will reimburse up to ₹70 for return shipping charges.
Any amount beyond ₹70 will be deducted from the refund.
- Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refund Policy
- Store Credit will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product as per RBI guidelines, following item pickup and verification.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit. 
Prepaid orders : Refundedas Store Credit.
COD orders : Refunded as Store Credit

COD Return Charge
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹75 COD handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount at the time of return.

Missing Products / Empty Parcels
- If you receive an empty parcel or your order is missing an item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must share an unboxing video (360-degree, continuous, untampered) as proof.
- In the absence of proper video evidence or in case of package tampering, PIROHAA reserves the right to decline the refund claim.

Exceptions
- We do not accept returns for:
Customized or engraved pieces
Items bought during special promotions, discounts marked Final Sale
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

 

Exchange Policy – Within 10 Days
 
Exchange Process:
Damaged Item will be exchanged with same item.
Wrong Item Received will be exchanged with the same item.
Size Issue will be exchanged with same variant item.
If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process a refund.

Initiating an Exchange Request :

1. Go to the Return/Exchange section on the Pirohaa's website.
2. Enter your Pirohaa Order ID and Contact Number. Ensure the Order ID is correctly entered
3. Choose the specific items from your order that you wish to exchange.
4. Provide Required Information :
    - Specify an exchange reason.
    - Upload at least two images of the items.
    - Enter your pickup address and preferred date.
5. Choose whether you want an exchange for the same item or for a different size/color.
6. Review all provided information and finalize your exchange request.
